If you wish to change your subscription type, you need to cancel your existing subscription and buy a new subscription package. To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account on the website and click the view account section. On the left side, you will see the my subscription section- you need to click on that. You can easily change the status of your subscription from here. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to letstalk@vivoo.io. We will be happy to help you make the changes you need.
