How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, simply access your account on our website and navigate to the 'My Account' section. From there, select 'Manage Subscriptions' located on the left-hand side of the page. You'll have the option to pause or cancel your subscription from this menu.

Kindly be aware that if you purchased your subscription prior to March 19, 2024, please reach out to us at letstalk@vivoo.io for further assistance regarding your subscription. We have updated our website.

Make sure that you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of your subscription to not be billed the following subscription fee. The PayPal subscriptions can be managed on your PayPal account. If you have any problems, you can contact us at letstalk@vivoo.io to cancel or pause your subscription.
